We do accept exchanges for store credit for the same amount you have spent. Shipping costs are included in your original order, but  You must pay return shipping both ways.  Please do not exchange an item because you changed your mind or because you didn't pay attention to the size. We do our best to correctly and accurately represent all items offered.  Please only exchange your Magic Wrap Skirt if it is damaged or had a major flaw, not characteristic to the Magic Wrap Skirts.

* Magic Wrap Skirts that have been worn, and are returned soiled, torn, damaged or smell like perfume, smoke, etc, will not be accepted or exchanged and will be returned to sender. Tags must still be attached and skirts must be in their original plastic packaging.

Exchanges are only accepted up to 10 days from the date you recieve your order.

We do have tracking information, so we know when your order was delivered.  Item must be recieved by day 10.  Returns/ Exchanges not accepted on Accessories.

*OVERPAYMENTS/Canceled Orders/CHARGEBACKS*

If YOU make the mistake of paying for the same item or order more than once, please let us know IMMEDIATELY  so that we can refund your overpayment. If you do not get an immediate response from us.  PLEASE DO NOT go to your credit card company and file for a Chargeback.  This costs us $20.00 FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR YOUR MISTAKE (not ours).

If you have not recieved your order and wish to cancel it, send us a message requesting a refund for your unshipped order. Please DO NOT send us a message inquiring about your order and then proceed to file for a chargeback with your credit card company. This costs us $20.00 from your credit card company which is not necessary as we will gladly refund your money if your order has not been shipped. 

While I understand wanting your money back right away, we are not in the business of cheating /defrauding customers, WE WILL REFUND YOUR OVERPAYMENT ASAP.  Customers who file chargebacks without allowing us reasonable opportunity to refund your payment through Paypal will have all future payments and orders refunded and canceled immediately to prevent loss on our end.
